Dr. James E. Madigan

Dr. James E. Madigan, a native of Butler, Pennsylvania and graduate of Butler Area High School, has been practicing orthodontics in Butler since 1977. Dr. Madigan attained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1972, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He subsequently attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 1975. Following dental school, Dr. Madigan completed a 2 year residency in orthodontics at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

During the early years of his practice, from 1977 to 1983, Dr. Madigan was also a part time clinical instructor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Madigan is an active member of the following professional organizations.

• Pennsylvania Dental Association
• American Association of Orthodontists
• Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists
• Western Pennsylvania Society of Orthodontists 

Dr. Madigan and his wife, Beverly, reside in Butler Township, where they have raised 3 sons. During his free time, Dr. Madigan enjoys spending time with his family.
